Total Corporate Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to herein as the “Data Controller”) is responsible for processing personal data concerning the management of the Website. Said processing is implemented in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of China concerning data processing and privacy.

When visiting the Website, you may provide with personal data such as your surname and first name, address, telephone number or email address, in order to benefit from the services offered on the Website. We will not collect any of your personal data as listed above through the Website, unless on the condition that you provide such personal data on a fully voluntary basis, or with your prior consent, or the collection of these personal data is legal.

We can in particular collect some of your personal data for external communication purposes, such as answering your requests for information and better understanding your expectations. In our online forms, compulsory fields are marked with an asterisk. If you do not answer the compulsory questions, the requested service(s) will not be provided.

We may store, process and share your personal data with our affiliates around the world within Total Group to which the Data Controller belongs to, in order to better understand your expectations and to improve our services and products accordingly. The Data Controller, Total Group to which the Data Controller belongs, our directly or indirectly owned subsidiaries, as well our affiliates, employees, agents and sub-contractors may have access to your personal data where necessary for the abovementioned purpose.

Your personal data are not subsequently processed in any manner that is incompatible with the purpose described above or in the collection forms. They are only stored for the requisite amount of time needed to fulfill these purposes.
